The FSSI Group required a compliance portal aimed at the Vaping industry, to present business critical information across the supply chain. From codes of practices and the outcomes of audits, to continual improvements and helping to ensure policy conformity, to learning outcomes with the aim of delivering content as knowledge rather than just documents.

Working closely with the FSSI team, Librios configured a fully searchable and integrated bespoke platform, updated from different sources, highlighting policies and news feeds with associated risk ratings and escalations. This topic-based approach to compliance also aggregates external resources and forum discussions.

Learning packs, made up of this core content with defined re-usable questions (including local variants stored on the platform), allows users to check if they are audit ready.

A mobile centric approach to this project targets the widest user base possible across the supply chain.
