Platform questions
From your first idea to launch and beyond, explore how your Librios service can work for you.
Bring your idea. We’ll help you find a useful way forward.
You might want to make specialist knowledge easier to use, produce repeatable reports or deliver a new information service. We start with the problem, the people you want to support and the outcome you need.
No. Bring a question, a challenge or something you think could work better. We’ll bring our experience and help you explore a useful starting point.
Yes. We agree a focused goal and work with representative sample content. Once we understand the scope and have your material, we can often have a working pilot ready within a few days. See What a Pilot Involves for more detail.
Librios can prepare and store summaries, extracted facts and relationships so people and agents can reuse them. This reduces the need to repeatedly search, interpret and process the same information. Depending on the task and configuration, it can help reduce response times, token usage, infrastructure load and cost. See How it works for the wider picture.
Together, we define what the service should achieve and how we’ll assess the results. We agree the scope, responsibilities, timetable and commercial terms before proceeding.
A branded service configured around your organisation.
We configure the established Librios platform around your information, workflows and audiences, using your logos, colours, fonts and imagery. The service supports mobile access and multiple languages, with feedback to help refine translations. We agree any additional development separately.
We can provide managed hosting or discuss deployment within your own Azure environment. We agree operational responsibilities and explain any domain, DNS, certificate or email mailbox setup needed. See Security & Hosting for more detail.
Yes. A site can be public-facing, offer paid access through built-in payment services, or require authentication before people can enter. Branded, themed microsites can serve customers, members, departments or projects, with access and content configured for each group.
Find, question and use your knowledge, with sources you can check.
Selected documents, data and research can feed your service through authorised uploads, email or agreed system connections. The platform can also store images, audio and video; we agree any processing required for those formats. We can also store trusted website references and configure prompts to use third-party APIs. For advanced users, configured imports can turn PDF, Word, EPUB and XML publications into more granular content. We agree the import approach and any additional setup needed.
Yes. We can generate titles, dates, keywords and bespoke summaries, and identify information such as risks or other topics relevant to your service. We can also extract defined facts and figures, store them as structured data against the content and use them in later data analysis. Entity records connect people, organisations, topics and other subjects across documents, helping build a knowledge graph and reveal relationships. We agree the fields, instructions and checks around your material.
Librios has its own search system, with filtering and ordering to help users find relevant content they are permitted to access. An optional AI summary can bring together the search results. Our built-in AI assistant can answer questions across the service, search results, individual documents, projects, folders or work groups of selected content, according to the configured tools and the user’s permissions.
Yes. Report builders combine questions and stages of analysis into structured reports. They can discover content across the platform or work with search results, a work group, folder, individual document or project. Users can enter questions and choose configured options for themes, audience, structure, length, detail, tone and language. Project reports can use date ranges to bring in newer information over time and support comparisons with earlier report versions. We agree the scope and options for each report builder.
Yes. Content can be exported into production Word files, including templated Word outputs. Built-in production tools also support templated InDesign output into INDD files. Content can be sent to other systems through agreed connections. We configure the templates, mappings and production workflow around your requirements, with additional setup agreed as part of the scope.
Yes. AI answers and reports include citations so users can return to the supporting information and review the evidence. Sources can include platform content, trusted external sites and agreed third-party APIs. Access to original material remains subject to its permissions and availability.
Yes. Humans stay in the loop. Your team can edit and refine generated outputs, with review and approval workflows before publication, circulation or export. Highlights, notes, bookmarks, favourites and built-in messaging support collaboration. Content version control, activity records and workflow history help track changes and actions over time.
You decide who can use your knowledge and what they can do.
You do. Permissions can distinguish between accessing content, running AI, uploading or emailing information, reviewing and publishing material, and managing prompts or users. We agree which content can reach each microsite, audience or connected agent. Users can contribute their own content where enabled.
We agree authentication and access controls, including multi-factor authentication and restrictions by IP or email address where required. Accounts can be configured to require email reconfirmation at agreed intervals, helping restrict continued access when someone no longer controls their registered email address. This supports your access-management process alongside administrator controls. See Security & Hosting for more detail.
Librios uses OpenAI models delivered through Microsoft’s Azure environment. We agree the model and relevant settings for your service. This is separate from connecting an external assistant such as ChatGPT or Copilot. See Security & Hosting for more about AI processing and data handling.
No. People can use the Librios platform directly. Connecting an assistant or agent is an additional option where it supports your goals.
Librios can make approved knowledge available through MCP to compatible AI tools and agents, including connections involving Microsoft Copilot, Teams, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini where supported. Once configured, the connection respects the requesting user’s platform permissions and returns only content they are authorised to access. We confirm compatibility, authentication, licences and setup for the chosen tool.
Get confident managing your service, with help when you need it.
We help check the setup, configure users and roles, carry out agreed bulk imports and prepare your team. Welcome emails can ask users to confirm their accounts. Training and handover cover the tasks relevant to each role, such as managing content and users, maintaining prompts, and generating and reviewing outputs.
Your proposal sets out the licence, agreed capabilities and support arrangements. It explains hosting, usage allowances, configurable AI usage limits and any separately charged work, so you understand the ongoing costs before proceeding.
We explain how to contact us, raise questions and report issues. We use tools such as Azure DevOps to record incidents, track support tickets and manage follow-up work. Your support arrangements set out the contact routes and response arrangements.
Understand what is useful and shape what comes next.
Data and web analytics cover activity across the platform and at individual content level. Core KPIs include content access, page views and hits, popular and trending content, login activity and usage over time. Reporting can also include COUNTER reports and AI usage across the site or by individual user. Activity records can support CPD tracking where required. We agree reporting scope, permissions and privacy arrangements.
Together, we review the goals agreed at the start, drawing on usage information, output quality and feedback. We identify what is working, where people need support and which changes would make the service more useful.
Yes. We can explore more content, users, workflows, microsites and connections. We agree priorities and any implications for configuration, capacity and cost. Core platform updates are distinguished from additional development commissioned for your service, with further work agreed before it starts.
