Discuss your requirements

Hosting that fits your organisation.

Choose an arrangement that works for your service and your organisation.

Hosted by Librios

Use our managed hosting, with the setup and service responsibilities agreed with you.

Your own environment

Deploy within your organisation’s environment, for example Azure, with an approach that suits your requirements.

We work with you on hosting location and the arrangements for running your service.

Control who can do what.

You decide the roles, rules and permissions.

How do users sign in?

Multi-factor authentication helps protect sign-in. Periodic email reconfirmation helps ensure users still have access to their registered email account, supporting ongoing account management.

How do roles and content permissions work?

Roles and permissions control access to content and features. You decide who can view information, run AI tools, upload or email content, publish outputs, and manage prompts or users.

Can access differ between sites and audiences?

Yes. Permissions can be configured for different microsites, teams, projects and audiences. We work with you to establish which information and tools each group can use.

Keep information within agreed boundaries.

Control what enters your service and what is shared.

  • Approved sources and contributors

Control uploads, authorised email senders and the sources connected to your service.

  • Humans stay in the loop

Review and refine generated outputs before publication, circulation or export.

  • Content and activity history

Version control and workflow records help you trace changes and actions.

How is our information protected?

Your information is held within your own environment or our managed hosting environment, with access controlled through roles and permissions. You decide who can access the relevant content and tools.

Can we discuss confidential or sensitive information?

Yes. Tell us about your requirements before sharing material. We can discuss appropriate access, review and sharing controls, including any anonymisation process and checks needed for your service.

Understand how AI uses your knowledge.

A clear explanation, with the provider’s guidance available to read.

What happens to information used by AI?

Librios uses OpenAI models through Microsoft’s Azure environment. Microsoft states that prompts and responses are not available to OpenAI or other customers, and are not used to train foundation models without your permission or instruction.

Processing and storage depend on the features and settings used.

Connect tools with permission.

Extend access to approved knowledge through compatible tools and agents.

MCP connections respect the requesting user’s platform permissions, returning only content they are authorised to access.

What do we check before connecting an AI assistant?

We agree what the connection can access and confirm the authentication, permissions, licences and setup for the chosen tool. The external tool’s own data-handling arrangements should also be considered.

Support around your requirements.

A practical conversation about the setup you need.

What backup and support arrangements are available?

Backup and support arrangements depend on the hosting setup and are agreed as part of your service.

Can you accommodate our security requirements?

Yes. Tell us about your organisation’s requirements, including any existing sign-in or single sign-on arrangements. We’ll work with you to establish an appropriate setup.
