What a pilot involves

Prove the idea with your information.

Start with one goal and a manageable set of information. A focused pilot lets us explore how a Librios Second Brain could support your organisation before agreeing a wider service.

Explore your idea

A practical way to explore the possibilities.

Start with one useful question. Agree what success would look like.

  1. Agree the goal

Define the task, the audience and the outcome you want to review.

  2. Work with your information

Build a focused example using the material and scope we agree.

  3. Review and refine

Assess relevance, accuracy and usability together.

  4. Decide the next step

Review what the pilot has shown and agree whether to progress.

A useful starting point

A useful place
to start.

A question, some sample information and a conversation can help us explore what’s possible.

You don’t need to have it all worked out.

We’ll bring our experience, explore the possibilities with you and help shape a useful place to start. We’re here to guide you through each step.

  • A goal or question to explore

What would you like to achieve, understand or make easier?

  • A representative sample of your information

For example, PDFs, Word documents or Excel files that you have permission to share.

  • An idea of what you want to discover

The facts, themes, relationships or insights you would like to identify across that information.

  • Someone who knows the material

A person who can help us assess whether the findings are accurate and useful.

We’ll agree suitable material before you share it. Let us know first if it contains confidential or personal information.

A few practical questions.

Is the pilot free?

We offer a focused free pilot, with the scope agreed in advance. If your requirements involve additional work, we’ll discuss that before it begins.

How long does it take?

After an initial chat to understand what you want to explore, and once we’ve agreed the scope and received your sample content, we can often have a working pilot ready within a few days. We’ll confirm the timetable with you at the start.

Do we need to connect our existing systems?

We can explore whether a sample upload is enough to test the idea. Any live integrations are discussed separately as part of the agreed scope.

Can we use confidential material?

Tell us about the handling requirements first. We’ll agree an appropriate approach before you provide the material.

What happens after the pilot?

A successful pilot helps define the next stage. That may include a broader information collection, additional workflows, audience access, agreed system connections and a plan for ongoing updates and support.

Moving into a live service is a separate decision, with scope and commercial terms agreed before proceeding.

Let’s find a useful place to start.

Tell us what you want to achieve, and we’ll explore what a focused pilot could look like.

LIBRIOS

Can we help you?

Tell us in your own words. If Librios looks like a good fit, we will use our existing platform to create a free pilot and show what could work.

We will start with a conversation, not a technical specification.
